I’ve spent my career in leadership roles across healthcare technology, each one expanding my ability to drive strategic planning, product development, operations, customer support, marketing, and sales. Over time, my work has grown to include computerized maintenance management software (CMMS), Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), and performance improvement organizations with deep expertise in clinical equipment maintenance, management, sales and marketing.

 

After years of being asked by clients and partners to support major initiatives, I founded my consulting company in 2022 to help HTM organizations, clinical equipment manufacturers, service providers, and suppliers achieve their goals. My background enables me to support everything from targeted projects to large‑scale strategic transformations.​

My Background

I began my career at Maritz Performance Improvement Company, where I learned how to motivate people and drive results.  After earning my master's degree in marketing, I joined SSM Health 

as Business Development Manager for Clinical Engineering, selling maintenance services to external healthcare providers. I advanced through several leadership roles and ultimately became the first Vice President of HTM for the health system.

 

In that role, I oversaw $760M in clinical equipment assets, a $35M annual budget, and 120 HTM professionals across 22 hospitals in four states. As part of SSM’s IT Executive Council, I helped lead system‑wide technology planning, acquisition, support, and regulatory compliance.

My proudest accomplishment was transforming SSM’s decentralized HTM program into a centralized, revenue‑generating technology center of excellence recognized nationally for best practices. Under my leadership, the department achieved employee and customer satisfaction scores above the 95th percentile while maintaining expenses below national benchmarks.

This work earned me the 2019 AAMI HTM Leadership Award. I continue to serve the HTM community through the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), as its current Board Chair.  My past AAMI board of directors' roles include Chair Elect, Finance Committee Chair, Investment Committee Chair, and Foundation Board Chair, and Chair of the Technology Management Council. I am also an inaugural AAMI Fellow (AAMIF).

In 2019, I joined Nuvolo - a CMMS/enterprise asset management software provider on the ServiceNow® platform - as its healthcare industry expert, supporting product development, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure the company’s CMMS/EAM solutions met the evolving needs of healthcare organizations.
